The history of The Egypt Boy King Tut has been recently brought onto the screen by a US TV mini-series. Folks VFX is responsible for all the VFX of this show, which includes more than 100 shots of crowd simulation with Miarmy. All the works are done in MAC OS X, a platform our competitors don’t support.

The People

Many different soldiers, horse riders are in these army sequences. Miarmy can handle multiple types of creature rigs, animations and then randomize them to make everything look unique and realistic.

The Rush & Fight
Soldiers can rush together and collide with incoming enemies. When they are close, they can also turn and face each other and fight. Miarmy action sync tool makes the fighting pair synchronically.

The Arrows
With PhysX engine integrated, Miarmy RBD (Rigid Body Dynamics) emitter can emit physical arrows to digital characters and interact with them. The soldiers can be shot down and killed.
